It is a filer that aims to be able to use it with XP-like operation feeling.

The Store App version license is separate from the desktop app version of Hidemaru Filer Classic.

The settings are separate for the store app version and the desktop app version.
It can not be set as the default filer.
File operation under AppData is restricted because it is isolated area.
